NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

About Us:

We are an organization dedicated to developing some of the most innovative gear while providing a great customer experience. We are looking for a dynamic National Sales Manager to join our team and drive our wholesales efforts to new heights. 

Position Overview:

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the outside sales team, handling in-house accounts and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to foster relationships with clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. 
  • Support and motivate the outside sales team to maximize performance and drive sales growth. 
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts. 
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and optimize lead generation. 
  • Conduct training sessions with rep groups to train on new products. 
  • Resolve account issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. 
  • Attend trade shows and sales events. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Past experience in the outdoor or power sports industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
